SEC Form 4 · Senate PTR · reconciled daily

We follow the filings, so you don't have to.

Cleaned insider-filing data, one page per filing, minutes after the SEC accepts it.

A daily feed of SEC Form 4 insider filings and Senate periodic transaction reports — ingested, cleaned and scored before the U.S. open. Built for people who put this data in front of their own users: trackers, newsletters, APIs and research desks. Every row carries its SEC accession ID, so any line can be checked against the original filing.

No signup, no form. The sample is the real output file, unedited.

What the feed looks like

Seven rows from that sample file, exactly as delivered — open-market purchases (transaction code P), weighted-average prices as filed.

What the cleaning layer removed

The same slice as delivered above (Aug 6–20, 2026), before and after. Nothing is dropped silently — every filter decision ships in the report.

987rows in → 861delivered
  • 18rows with no ticker on the filing.
  • 1row superseded by an amendment — the corrected version kept, the stale one dropped.
  • 1impossible price: a “purchase” whose price field read $23.6 billion per share.
  • restplacement pattern — 14 companies where 3 or more filers printed one identical price on one day (one had 30 owners). A naive cluster screen reads that as conviction buying; it isn't.

Reconciled every morning, in public

We don't call the data complete — we reconcile it and publish the difference. Every morning each Form 4 / 4-A accession in EDGAR's own daily index is checked against our processing ledger, accession by accession. If a day doesn't reconcile, our own pipeline job fails and the day stays listed until it's resolved. See the current reconciliation →
